SYNOPSYS

blastn_to_phandango [ -h ] -b <blast_file> -a <fastlmm_kmers> > phandango.plot

DESCRIPTION

Creates a plot file for visualisation in phandango.

OPTIONS

-b , --blast

blast results (required)

-a , --assoc

fastlmm results (required)

-h , --help

displays help message
