DESCRIPTION

Build a skeleton RADIUS request using information from the config file

PARAMETERS

rh

a handle to parsed configuration.

data

a pointer to a SEND_DATA structure.

code

one of standard RADIUS codes (e.g., PW_ACCESS_REQUEST).

server

the name of the server.

port

the server’s port number.

secret

the secret used by the server.

timeout

the timeout in seconds of a message.

retries

the number of retries.
