DESCRIPTION

Format a sequence of attribute value pairs into a printable string

The caller should provide a storage buffer and the buffer length.

PARAMETERS

rh

a handle to parsed configuration.

pair

a pointer to a VALUE_PAIR structure.

buf

will hold the string output of the pair.

buf_len

the size of buf.
