NAME
coot-available-comp-id
SYNOPSIS
coot-available-comp-id [comp-id|comp-id-prefix]
DESCRIPTION
coot-available-comp-id is used to find an available comp-id for a new ligand. A comp-id prefix can be either one or two characters.
If a 3-character comp-id (e.g. XYZ) is given then coot-available-comp-id will either say
INFO:: comp-id XYZ is available
or
INFO:: comp-id XYZ is not available
A comp-id-prefix will result in a list of the available comp-ids with the given prefix.

NOTES
The Coot package needs to be compiled with the CCP4 SRS for this to give useful output.
