rgfa-findcrisprs - find CRISPRs in assembly graphs

SYNOPSIS

rgfa-findcrisprs <gfa>

DESCRIPTION

Finds CRISPRs given in assembly graphs specified by a GFA file. CRISPRs have a structure ARU1RU..RUnRB where |U|˜|R| in [24..50].
