SYNOPSIS

obtautomer [ -c ] filename

DESCRIPTION

Enumerates tautomer SMILES and canonical tautomer SMILES.

EXAMPLES

obtautomer molecule.smi > tautomers.smi

Enumerates tautomers for molecule.smi and writes them to tautomers.smi
