maqindex - maqview indexing

maqindex <-i|-v|-b> [-l level] [-c cns] <in.map> [chr[:begin[-end]] [...]]

level for indexing [1024]
.cns file for this .map file
index the map file
display the alignment in the mapview format
dump in the .map format
