ct2b - converts ’.ct’ files to ’.struct’ files.

SYNOPSIS

ct2b foo.ct > foo.struct

DESCRIPTION

This program produces dot bracket notation of an RNA secondary structure from Michael Zuker’s ’.ct’ file.
